Foundations
This is where we begin. This is where you lay your first bricks, consciously creating the beautiful human masterpiece that is you. Here is where you learn about alignment basics so you can practice safely and get stronger with as few glitches as possible. Watch and practice with these first videos, even if you are a seasoned body mover. If you are newer to movement, please follow this Foundations Channel with the Foundational Beginners Collection.
Wander In Daily Self Practice
3 Days a week. 13 classes monthly, 13 months long. 30 years worth of movement study combining pilates, yoga, dance, fitness, and somatic practices.

The Connection Point Recorded Classes
A live monthly alignment informed, body intuitive, whole human integrative movement class. Combining pilates, yoga, and somatic practices. Come to strengthen, sweat, breathe, and rebalance, safely contained in our virtual space. Followed by a women’s circle.
