Our bodies carry wisdom and innate intelligence that can lead us to our most aligned life. We only have to learn to listen.
We do not need to choose between physical fitness and spiritual practice. The two can and should exist in the same practice.
The journey truly is the gem and consistent practice is the only key to becoming deeply body aware, filled with unshakable self love, confident in our inner wisdom, and strong beyond our wildest dreams.
What happens when we practice both with the intention to build strength and balance and from a deep desire to know ourselves from the inside out?

Wanderful Bodies is a unique online studio space, teaching whole human focused integrative movement.
Here you will find an ever expanding library of content, that continues to shift and evolve as we grow in collective consciousness. Our movement practices reflect new ways of understanding and relating to ourselves and each other.
We are committed to:
Creating workouts that are challenging, fun, and accessible to many fitness levels. From those just starting out, to those who have had years of movement practice.
Teaching movement that is deeply functional and multileveled in approach by building balance and strength as well as the understanding that our worth runs far deeper than our outside appearance.
Empowering women to untangle from the societal expectations surrounding them, to listen to their innate body intelligence, to bring their personal care at the forefront, to build the strength and confidence, to follow their hearts, and to express their unique voices with courage and honesty.
